( Pre-selection is carried out by the member societies, and only those selected are eligible to attend.)

Paper submission deadline:
1 April 2027
Registration fee
The registration fee is 600 EUR and includes: Accommodation (3 nights), breakfast, lunch, gala dinner, coffee breaks, conference materials and a technical tour.
Member Society-funded participants: €520
Deadline for registration fee payment is 1 July 2027.
